Concerning the debt of the Cottatte merchants, we have summoned the same before us, who, being questioned, testified that said debt was supposedly paid; therefore we are now sending the said merchants thither to liquidate that account, upon whose arrival there and upon the confrontation of the account, if they should still remain in arrears of any monies, we shall have proper satisfaction given by the said merchants.
