Regarding the bond that the predecessor of Itti Raricha Menon passed in favor of the Nair Uni Chaten, we have previously written and made known to Your Honorable, Most Esteemed the necessary details, and how that matter had already been investigated and settled in the city. We know for certain that the elders of Pappinivattom, Plaparambil Itti Naan, Kanakapulle, Ananda Narasinga, and some other persons had the said Condi summoned by night and frightened him, subsequently having an attestation written according to their will and pleasure and making him sign it; and when Condi handed that document over to Kanakapulle, a certain Moor named Panechalil Koya saw this.
