Register of the Arrears of the Merchants Communication by the Honorable Governor, that the merchants had delivered 2000: -. pagodas less in linens than they had received money for. folio 47 to — Which they were to pay into the Treasury with 25. -. per cent, according to the resolution of the 27th December 1773. folio 47 to 48.
