Kobstr 433 3 Resolutions of the Months July and August 1792. — The folio Mr. Colonel Gordon, to whom the precedence in the combined Commission of Landdrosts and Heemraden from the respective outer districts has been assigned, having given notice of the embarrassment into which one is brought by the staying away of the Landdrost Woeke. — The Lord Ruler communicates that his Honor, in order to consult about this, had expressly called an extraordinary meeting. Colonel Gordon, to whom has been assigned the precedence of such combined Commission of Landdrosts and Heemraden from the respective outer Districts, as by resolution of the 27th of March last was summoned to the Principal Place against yesterday, the 1st of July, to devise the required means to oppose the incursions of the Bushmen Hottentots in an efficacious manner, having made known to the Lord Ruler this morning that of the same Landdrosts and Heemraden only those of Stellenbosch and Swellendam had arrived, without anything whatever having as yet been heard from the Landdrost of Graaff-Reinet or his Heemraden, requesting to know how one ought now to act, since on the one hand one could not well let the Drosts and Heemraden who have appeared depart again without having accomplished their business; nor keep them here any longer, at a time when the presence of these latter on their farms was of the utmost importance for the promotion of Agriculture. — While on the other hand the presence of the Landdrost Woeke together with the Heemraden of Graaff-Reinet aforesaid had to be deemed no less necessary for concerting a combined Plan, according to which one could jointly counteract the aforesaid Bushmen Hottentots and if possible drive them again out of the fields and possessions of our Inhabitants, seeing that not only the principal incursions continually take place in the District of Graaff-Reinet, but consequently the main operations against the same Robbers would also have to be directed from that side. — So the Lord Ruler was pleased to impart to the other Members of the council that it was solely to be able to consult with one another what would best serve to be done in this matter, that his Honor had caused the Meeting to be convoked. Monday the 2nd of July 1792. Forenoon, all Present 1617 Heemraden 1647 1618 1619 Wherefore having entered into Deliberation on the aforesaid Matter and thereby the Conduct of the just-cited Woeke having come into consideration outside the aforementioned. — Whereupon after resumption of the Resolutions taken under the 26th and 22nd of the just-past month of June, having entered into deliberation on the interest of the person as well as the aforementioned, and thereby, besides the absolute necessity that measures for the protection of the Possessions and Lives of our Inhabitants be immediately devised and put into execution, it having also been taken into consideration that however possible it might well be that the thought Landdrost Woeke may have been prevented by the rising of the Rivers or any other obstacles from coming up here himself, or sending in any reports from him to this Government, yet with much more reason it must be presumed that the staying absent of the same Landdrost Woeke will have to be attributed to intentional disobedience, seeing that he not only, setting aside his obligation to come successively in person to make a report of his proceedings to the respective Chief commanders here, 1647 in 1620 It was initially understood to provide a remedy for the absence of the often-mentioned Woeke in the manner described here adjacent. has not come to present himself at this Principal place for that purpose in more than a whole Year, but it has also been made known by Mr. de Wet in his Honor's capacity as President of the Council of Justice that even no Citations or Decrees of the Judge, however often repeated, have been able to serve to move him, Woeke, to repair here in Loco, whereby constantly various Lawsuits, in which he was concerned either in his Office or also as a private individual, had to remain undecided, however much the Nature of the case would otherwise have required a speedy settlement of the same. — Thus, in view of all the aforesaid reasons, and having considered how the incidents described here above could best be remedied. — it was agreed, provisionally to authorize the aforementioned Mr. Gordon, in fulfillment of the Commission decreed unto his Honor, to meet as soon as possible with only the present Landdrosts and Heemraden of Stellenbosch and Swellendam, after having beforehand supplied for the absence of those of Graaff-Reinet as much as possible by obtaining such information regarding the state of affairs in that District, and the means which would best be taken in hand to cause those there to change, as the former Secretary of that Colony Johan Jacob Fredrik Wagenaar and other Persons well acquainted with the said regions find themselves in a position to furnish to his Honor in that respect. — The report of his Honor together with Landdrosts and Heemraden having been received, such further Resolution shall then be taken as shall be required, to be able immediately to put the Measures to be established into execution with hope of good success. — Yet because it is very easy to comprehend that if one is to expect such a good the 1621 1647

1622 1623 While it has furthermore been necessary to decide to suspend him from his functions and summon him hither, as well as to charge the Military Captain Van Baalen in the meantime with the execution of the measures to be devised against the Bushmen Hottentots; This latter shall therefore be provided not only with the usual orders and commissions, but also with open letters of the required qualification and authority to place the frequently mentioned Woeke under arrest in case of necessity, and thus send him hither; And as one can promise good success from the measures to be devised, as just mentioned, the execution thereof ought not to be entrusted to the so frequently cited Woeke, but another suitable person should be employed for this purpose, of whose zeal and activity the Council has proofs, and upon whom one could consequently safely rely; It is likewise approved and accordingly resolved to suspend the aforesaid Landdrost Woeke on account of his disobedient conduct in his function described here above, and at the same time to write to him and command him not only to provisionally hand over his same function into the hands of the Military Captain of this Castle, Bernhardus Cornelis Van Baalen—whom, having repeatedly given proof of well-considered conduct and affairs in which these qualities were required as principal requisites, it has been approved to choose and commission to execute all that will have to be performed with regard to the aforementioned arrangements to be devised against the incursions of the Bushmen, as he is chosen and commissioned thereto by these presents—but thereafter also immediately to proceed hither, in order to come and answer in person for his aforementioned shown disobedience to the orders and commands both of this Government and of the Court of Justice; The said Captain Van Baalen will consequently not only be provided at a suitable time with such written order and commission as will be required, so that having arrived at Graaff-Reinet he can properly carry out his charge, but he will thereby also be granted the necessary qualification and authority, in case the so frequently cited Landdrost Woeke should further dare in one way or another to attempt not to obey the above-described commands of this Council, or should unexpectedly attempt to cause any disturbance to Captain 1647 1624 Upon the notification made to the Lords Commissioners General by the Lord Commander of the Resolution dated 26 June last concerning the matter between Truter and Breda taken by this Council, inspection of all the relevant papers having been demanded by the same; But since the said Lords Commissioners General have been pleased to entrust the investigation into the validity of the allegations of the Burgher Military Council against the Burger ad interim Fiscal De Neijs to this Government; All the same documents shall therefore immediately be sent to Their High Mightinesses, and in the meantime the issuance of the usual extracts from the aforesaid Resolution shall be superseded; Van Baalen in the execution of his commission, immediately to place the said Woeke under arrest in the name of this Government, and to send him hither under good escort; Yet in such a way that, concerning all of this, before it takes effect, the approval of the High and Noble Lords Commissioners General shall first and foremost be obtained by the Lord Commander, in case they might have any objections to these planned arrangements. Meanwhile, the well-mentioned Lord Commander having also given opening to the most mentioned Lords Commissioners General of the resolution taken on 26 June by this Government regarding the matters existing between the Captain of the Burgher Invalids Hendrik Andreas Truter, as well as between the latter and the Burgher Military Council, Pieter van Breda, and the Burger ad interim Fiscal De Neijs; And the most mentioned Lords Commissioners General having thereupon been pleased to desire that, before putting that resolution into execution, inspection should be granted to Their High Mightinesses of all the documents pertaining to these affairs; It has furthermore been approved, in dutiful fulfillment of the said most respected request, to provide the aforementioned required documents in the original to the well-mentioned High and Noble Lords Commissioners General at the earliest opportunity, and in the meantime to suspend the delivery of the extracts to enable the said resolution to take effect, until Their High Mightinesses shall have been pleased to express themselves in this regard. 1625 1647

1626 1627. 1647 It was resolved on the 10th of this month to hear personally as well the aforementioned Fiscal as the other mentioned officers about it, in order subsequently to resolve according to the findings of the matter. the Burgher Military Council, namely that the Fiscal ad interim de Nys not only was the author of the letter of grievance submitted by the same Burgher Military Council on the 13th of May of the past year against the Honorable Van Lynden, but that he, Fiscal Deneys, had furthermore also urged the individual members of that military council to present that writing, they have been pleased to order that regarding this, the same Fiscal ad interim should be heard, along with such other persons as from whom the necessary clarifications might be obtained, in order to get to the truth of the aforementioned allegation of the military council against him, de Neys, so that, matters being found to be thus, both regarding the matter whose investigation had been entrusted to him and with regard to his own person, such measures may be put into effect as one would deem proper in this case. Today being the appointed day for the introduction of the aforementioned Their High Nobilities, an event which, in view of the salutary consequences that one dares to promise oneself from the presence of the very same in this Government for the redress of the Company's decayed affairs, certainly far surpasses all previous solemnities of this nature in importance, there appeared, according to what was decreed regarding this in the apartment before the hall in which the Council was assembled, all the respective Ministers of the Gospel, senior and junior officers both of the Navy and designated for the land forces, together with the respective Boards of this capital place, as well as those of the Landdrost, Heemraden, and Military Officers of the districts of Stellenbosch and Drakenstein, likewise also the qualified servants of the Honorable Company and Burghers, whether they hold any office with regard to police, Justice, or Commerce; to all of which persons, after the ringing of the bell of this Castle and the opening of the doors of the council chamber at its entrance, the commission granted by and on behalf of His Serene Highness the Lord Prince of Orange and Nassau as Supreme Director of the General Netherlands East India Company, together with the Illustrious Assembly of Seventeen, to the aforementioned Their High Nobilities regarding their momentous charges as Commissioners General, and in that capacity representing the aforementioned His Highness and the Assembly of Seventeen themselves, having been read aloud by the secretary, initially, after the aforementioned reading had visibly been heard by everyone with joy, the doors were closed again, whereupon by the Honorable Acting Governor and further Members of the Council to the frequently cited Their High Nobilities and into their hands with all and 1647 8

1634 1633 General of the Republic, as well as Supreme Director and Governor-General of the entire East India Company, the Noble Lords Directors of the same, the just-mentioned General Dutch Chartered East India Company, as well as also the present Right Honorable Lords Commissioners-General over all of Netherlands India and this Colony, Mr. Sebastiaan Cornelis Nederburgh and Symon Hendrik Frykenius, as well as the Acting Governor and Council, together with the Magistrates and Authorities of this place, will be loyal and true, and that we furthermore the well-mentioned Right Honorable Lords Commissioners-General present here, shall acknowledge as representing His Serene Highness, the Lord Prince Hereditary Stadtholder in the Illustrious Assembly of the Seventeen, and as such, honor, respect, and obey, and also for the said state of the United Netherlands, and this Colony, sacrifice our goods and blood, body and life, if necessary. So truly help us God Almighty. Whereupon it was deemed proper to grant to the aforementioned Lieutenant-Colonel de Meuron the permission requested in the aforesaid petition to return with the ship the Schelde to Ceylon, and then to advance to his Honor the three months' wages and emoluments for which he petitions, but on the other hand to deny the transport of his Honor's baggage to False Bay at Company expense, as the 12th Article of the Capitulation appearing in that request, on which the Colonel relies, speaks only of free transport of the baggage of officers traveling back and forth on leave in the sense that the said baggage must be received on board the ships free of charge, and also handed down from them again in like manner. Subsequently, another petition was also read, presented in the following words by Captain-Lieutenant Fredrik Marsch, who remained behind here due to indisposition: To the Right Honorable Johannes Isaac Rhenius, Acting Governor of this Government, together with the Honorable Council of Policy. With due respect, Your Right Honorable and Honorable humble servant Fredrik Marsch, Captain-Lieutenant in the service of the Honorable Company, gives to know that the petitioner, having arrived here in his aforesaid capacity on the Company's ship Straalen, was forced by severe indisposition to remain behind here from the aforesaid vessel. But since the petitioner is now recovered from his illness and able to perform his duty as before, and moreover that the season is too far advanced at this time to see any ships arrive here from Batavia with which he could continue his voyage, and the petitioner furthermore must incur many expenses here; these are the reasons that cause the petitioner to take the liberty of turning to Your Right Honorable and Honorable Sirs with the humble request that it may please the same to place the petitioner on the Company's ship the Vrouwe Catharina Johanna, presently lying at anchor in False Bay, in order that, serving on the same in his capacity of Captain-Lieutenant with continuation of his wages, he may continue his voyage homeward on it. 1644 1647 9 1645 his sickly condition makes him for the present unfit to be sent home to the Netherlands, and that placing two Captain Lieutenants on one and the same ship to serve at the pay belonging to their rank would also conflict with the orders of the Lords Masters on that subject, recently repeated anew by the Lords Directors of the Zeeland Chamber regarding their ships in a letter of 21 April of last year, it is deemed best and consequently decided to grant the petitioner the requested passage in his capacity, but thereby obligating him to serve as a Lieutenant during the voyage at a Lieutenant's pay. Meanwhile, regarding the premium which he believes he will be entitled to claim upon his arrival in the Fatherland, it is decided, with the approval of the Right Honorable Lords Commissioners General, to refer the decision thereof to the Sovereign Lords Masters. 1660. 1661. /3. taking to heart to fulfill this tender obligation, had caused a search to be made in the Fatherland for a person possessing the required conduct and abilities to instruct the youth, under the influence of exemplary behavior, in useful sciences. That when he, the petitioner, had happily succeeded in this and had agreed upon the necessary terms with the person of Jan Jacob Ziegler, native of Schafhausen, the petitioner, for the better support of the costs in that engagement, accepted as a partner the since deceased former Commissioner of Civil and Matrimonial Affairs Charles Van Cahman, who was likewise burdened with the education of two children. That the petitioner thereupon instructed his attorney, Mr. H. van 'S Gravenweert in Amsterdam, to address himself on his behalf by petition to the Most Noble and Right Honorable Lords Seventeen with the humble request to favorably obtain permission for the passage of the said person over to this place for the stated purpose, upon payment of the transport and boarding fees due for this; which favor the petitioner flattered himself that his Lords and Masters, in view of the entirely proper purpose, would certainly be willing to grant him. While at the same time a letter was written by the said Cahman to his attorneys, Messrs. Dull and Sons in Amsterdam, to also effect what was necessary for the passage of the said person as far as it concerned him. That the petitioner, accordingly expecting the aforesaid Jan Jacob Ziegler on the said footing, on the contrary had to experience that the said Messrs. Dull and Son had deemed it more advisable to have him engage with the Company for that purpose as a Junior Sailor, in which capacity he, Ziegler, was first placed on the ship Zaanstroom, and after the unfortunate stranding of that vessel on the French coast, subsequently transferred to the ship de Kastor and thus arrived here. That just as little as the said Ziegler, who is born of a respectable family, and whose conduct has also always, according to various testimonies, corresponded therewith, ever intended to engage himself for the performance of service as a Junior Sailor, for which he is entirely unfit, having on the contrary rested in the confidence that this was merely the way he had to take in order to cross over for the fulfillment of his agreement entered into with the petitioner and his late partner, and remaining bound to the service of a Sailor, would have to lament his unfortunate fate very much, just as little has any intention resided with the petitioner to expose him thereto and even to risk seeing the possibility easily cut off for himself of obtaining from the arrival of this person, for which he, the petitioner, has already spent many expenses in the Fatherland, the intended benefit: a loss which would be so much more deplorable for the petitioner, since he sees no chance of remedying this in any way through the lack of competent subjects prevailing here for the formation of lawful members for society. These alterations and improvements, whatever good planning and economy one might observe therein, cannot fail to cause great expense; the undersigned Members together with the Commissioners, realizing the urgent necessity to make every effort to relieve the Company of burdensome costs and encumbrances, have nonetheless deemed that all and everything, both now and in the future, can be transferred and left to the expense of the Burgher Treasury. - The Commissioners have only requested in this regard, and request hereby, as the Undersigned Members of this Council believe to be consistent with reason, that whenever they may in time require, for the maintenance of the sluices and Bridges which will anew constitute a burden for the Colony, any European or Indian materials that cannot be supplied by private individuals, they may be granted the liberty to address themselves to this Honourable Council to obtain them; likewise that the Lieutenant Engineer 1668 1669 Engineer Thibault, possessing as he does the best experience in architecture here, may be authorized and if necessary ordered by Your Right Honour to assist the Commissioners and be of service to them, both in economical planning and in the manner in which the new Sluices and Bridges can best be constructed with sufficient solidity to meet the intended purpose. — With the same purpose of relieving the Company of the costs that have arisen for it from maintaining the wooden pipes for the Water conduit, and which would now have to be incurred anew upon relocating them, the Undersigned Members together with the said Commissioners take the liberty to propose to Your Right Honour to commit that maintenance, which until now has been charged only for a small part to the Colony, now also over the entire distance from the source down to the masonry cistern that causes the water to pass into the Lead pipes to the Citadel and the Jetty, and further to the fountains on the square, with the exception of the lead pipes alone, and thus also the relocation of those wooden pipes in a straighter Line, as being utterly necessary, completely to them at the expense of the Colony; regarding which the said Commissioners are of the opinion that this could be effected with suitable management if it might please Your Right Honour to allow the drilled pump timbers on hand on the Company's behalf, which were destined for this work, to be delivered to them at purchase price, and at the same time to permit that the Colony, for the amount thereof, be provisionally debited in the Company's Books, in order to pay the same amount with preference as soon as its Treasury, which will have to be depleted by the great costs for the Sluices, shall have become capable of doing so. — The undersigned Members of this Council and likewise Commissioners from the Council

The Governor presents a list of the salvaged goods from the Drie Gebroeders which were loaded into the ship the Catharina Johanna for the Amsterdam Chamber, namely: Brought by the ship Schaagen: 110 pieces common hats, of the uniform of the artillerymen, out of 600 pieces in 2 cases No 130 and 131, moth-eaten. 76 pieces blue kersey of the uniform of the artillerymen, out of 132 pieces in 18 cases No 132 and 149, moth-eaten. 1678. 1679. With respect to the Company's passing ships, it has already particularly caught our attention how their captains, scarcely after the said ships have dropped anchor, immediately proceed to the Cape, and hardly set foot on their ships again until the moment the muster is to take place. This conduct is all the more disorderly and detrimental, since the duty of a commander entails that before leaving his ship, he must take the necessary care that it is properly inspected and examined, and that an accurate account is made of everything with which he must necessarily be provided in order to be able to continue his voyage, in which regard the Company's interests so greatly require all possible speed. We have therefore deemed it proper, without prejudice to such arrangements as we may from time to time generally judge useful to promote the dispatch of passing ships, provisionally to establish and determine: 1st. That henceforth no captain or commander of a Company vessel shall be permitted to absent himself from his ship without having obtained leave thereto from the Governor or whoever shall hold authority at this place, and that whoever shall be found to have acted contrary thereto shall incur and be subject to a fine of Fifty silver Ducatons to the benefit of the Company, for each day he shall have been ashore without having obtained leave. 2nd. That the said leave shall not be granted before an exact and detailed report has been drawn up and submitted by the captain or commander of such a ship, from which it can sufficiently appear in what condition the vessel under his command is, and what is required for the benefit of both the ship and the crew in order to be able to continue the voyage. 3rd. That if it should subsequently appear that any omission or negligence had been committed by him in this matter, and that this should result in an additional or different requirement for ship 1680. 1681. or crew than was specified by him in his first report, he shall on that account incur a fine of One Hundred silver Ducatons to the benefit of the Company, over and above such other correction as his neglect shall be found to have merited, and without prejudice to his responsibility for the damages and losses which may thereby have been caused to the Honorable Company. 4th. That upon receipt of this report, permission shall be granted by the Governor or whoever shall hold authority to such captain or commander to go ashore for some consecutive days, not exceeding, however, the number of Five; the captain or commander who is found there after that time shall incur the fine determined hereinbefore in Article 1. 5th. That in addition to the captain or commander, such officers whom the captain shall deem appropriate to give permission thereto shall be permitted to go ashore, provided that care is taken that the service suffers no delay thereby, and that strict orders remain observed in everything. We further order you to give the necessary notice of this our enactment to the Independent Fiscal, the Equipagie Master, the Postholder in Baay Fals, and wherever else you might judge it necessary, to the end that the execution thereof be strictly pursued, as well as to give the necessary notice thereof to the commanding and other officers of the Company's ships presently lying in Baayfals, and successively arriving ships, for their information. In consequence whereof, the Manager of the Company's Post the Zoetemelks Valley, Marthinus Theunisz, shall now by letter be ordered to send hither immediately the necessary wagons and oxen for the transport of the Captain Van Balen, whereof mention was made above on the 2nd of this month, and pending the report of the Honorable Gordon alongside the Landdrosts and Heemraden of Stellenbosch and Swellendam, it has provisionally been resolved to instruct the Manager of the Company's Post the Zoete Melks Valley, Marthinus Theunisz, by letter, to send hither as soon as possible two of the Company's wagons stationed at said post, with the draught oxen belonging thereto, in order to be employed both for the transport of said Captain Van Balen himself and for the transport of his baggage and all such articles as he must necessarily be provided with for the execution of the expedition assigned to him; furthermore, when the same wagons shall have arrived here and said Van Balen shall find himself ready for departure, there shall among other things be handed to him, to speed his journey, an open order whereby each and every inhabitant shall be commanded, when required, to assist and advance him, Captain Van Balen, generally in all respects, but very particularly with the furnishing of the necessary spans of draught oxen. And whereas since the resolution passed on the 17th of April last by this Council in the uncertainty in which it found itself with regard to the person of the minister I. H. Manger, who arrived here on the ship the Geertruy Petronella, it was resolved to place the said Manger provisionally as pastor at Graaff Reinet aforesaid, there has been delivered to the government a letter dated the 20th of April prior, written hither by the Right Honorable the Directors of the Amsterdam Chamber, from which it appears that the said Manger, two days after his departure from the Netherlands, was discharged from the service of the Indian Churches to which he had been called, and was appointed to that of the Church at Graaff Reinet, it has therefore now also been resolved to confirm the aforementioned provisional placement of said Manger at Graaff Reinet aforesaid, and to appoint him accordingly, in accordance with his destination, as permanent pastor to the congregation there. 1698. 1699. In which regard having inspected a letter dated the 7th of this current month, written by Mr. Brand, Resident of False Bay, to the Governor, in which he reports that not only all the coffee beans that are currently still successively brought forth from the aforesaid ship the Drie Gebroeders turn out to be completely rotten and unusable, but also those previously salvaged turn out to decay to such an extent that several heaps of the same, which had caught fire through a foul-smelling fermentation, had already needed to be buried. — Thus, however much from these circumstances it can sufficiently be deduced that the outcome will not further reward the trouble, and it would therefore be best to abandon this operation entirely, it is nevertheless resolved, before taking a final decision in this regard, first to have a few more wagonloads of the said first-salvaged coffee beans brought up, and to commission and request Mr. Van Oudtshoorn to also have them sold by public auction, though unwashed in the state in which they are, so that from what they will bring in one may verify and calculate to what extent it would be preferable for the Company's interest to have the sale of the entire quantity, after having been prepared in the aforesaid manner, take place here at the main settlement rather than in False Bay; but since henceforth, in the present state of affairs described herebefore, it would be a useless labor to occupy oneself any longer with hauling up a few torn bales of spoiled coffee from the hold of the ship the Drie Gebroeders, in which the water now sloshes against the decks, because instead of bringing any advantage thereby to the Honourable Company, on the contrary to its noticeable disadvantage precious time is wasted in this meticulous labor by several employees who could be better employed elsewhere. - and that it is also of very great importance to those interested in the outfitting of the often-cited keel that no needless impediment be caused to Captain de Groot to deal with the vessel in such a manner as he shall deem to advance the interest of his principals, on that account it has meanwhile been found good to resolve to have the aforesaid Resident Brand instructed not only to undertake no further attempts to salvage more coffee, but also that the coffee recently pulled from the water and 1702 1703 therefore, however little success one can promise oneself from these operations for the aforementioned reasons, an equal quantity shall once more be transported hither and a further trial be made therewith. 1704 1705 Letter from the Landdrost and Militia Council of Stellen- -bosch regarding the measures devised by them to put the Council's orders into effect at the proper time concerning the country signal cannons. turned to spoil, but immediately thrown into the sea, and now also to grant permission to Skipper de Groot, pursuant to his request made to that end, to sell his aforesaid vessel the Drie Gebroeders at public auction, if upon examination it shall be found to be entirely irreparable, provided that it be stipulated at the auction that whatever remains of the cargo in the ship, as it comes to light during the breaking up, shall be delivered to the Honorable Company. — Thereupon was read a letter sent to this Government by the Landdrost and Militia Council of Stellenbosch and Drakenstein, whereby they report in the following manner on the measures devised by them in order to carry into effect, at a suitable time, the resolution of 28 February of this year regarding the placing and relocating of the required signal cannons in the countryside, and likewise regarding certain points as to the means and the orders framed to that end by which this could best serve and be put into execution. Honorable Right Honorable and Right Honorable Sirs, Your highly respected letter of 28 February of this year having been read in an extraordinary meeting expressly convened today, we, in order to comply most appropriately and dutifully with the order and salutary objective of Your Right Honorable Honorable Right Honorable Sir and Right Honorable Sirs.
